The structure on the BG-260-3-220 is comprised mainly of solid cast aluminum to offer the maximum in rigidity and vibration reduction. Because of these castings, the fit and finish on the BG-260-3-220 is second to none. The BG-260-3 belt grinder utilizes fully sealed ball bearings to prevent against breakdowns. A unique belt tension device is also included to make belt tension changes and changing the belts a breeze. The BG-260-3-220 offers a deeper horizontal and vertical throat depth for those larger or uncommon shaped parts. Grinding tables are also included for precise grinding. For the safety of the operator, all rotating parts on the BG-260-3-220 grinder are fully covered
